Kimberly McDuffie is founder of G.U.N.S Total Wellness & rising author. She was born in Blytheville, Arkansas into a military family and raised abroad. She can call many places home but the military environment of Germany resonates most. GUNS journey into the world of fitness and nutrition was created by an intentional recalculation by God. His plan began with a detour that led her from the U.S. Pentagon to Operation Enduring Freedom in Kabul, Afghanistan where she represented the United States in NATO as a Ministry of Defense Advisor. Her solo workouts began to subtly attract military service members looking to stay fit and sane in a war zone. It quickly grew into the health and wellness training platform for the international armed forces while serving in Afghanistan.
